Throughout his journey, Chef Trosko has mastered nearly every aspect of fine dining, honing his skills in both culinary direction and bartending.
A passionate sommelier, amateur winemaker, and home brewer, Chef Trosko has collaborated with local breweries and wineries to create exceptional culinary pairings that highlight the finest libations North Texas has to offer. This unique blend of expertise allows him to elevate dining experiences through thoughtful wine and beverage selections.
As the owner and executive chef of Trosko Culinary, Chef Dave now dedicates his talents to crafting exclusive private dining experiences throughout the North Texas region. His distinctive style and creative flair have garnered significant acclaim among culinary enthusiasts and professionals alike, particularly in Denton County, where Trosko Culinary has become synonymous with exceptional dining. Tina Bible
We are thrilled to announce that Tina Bible, an accomplished and highly respected culinary professional, will be joining us as one of the judges for this year's Food Truck Challenge. With an impressive culinary background, Tina brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the panel.
Tina Bible is no stranger to accolades and achievements, being an honoree of four chef pins for her outstanding performance in culinary studies at the renowned Culinary School of Fort Worth. Her dedication and commitment to excellence have also earned her a well-deserved place on the 2020 Honor Roll.
Furthermore, Tina is the proud recipient of the esteemed Fort Worth Food & Wine Scholarship, having demonstrated her passion and aptitude for Food & Beverage Management. This specialized knowledge allows her to bring a unique perspective and deep understanding of the industry to her judging role.
With over a decade of experience as an Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director, Tina has successfully led teams of up to 75 members. She has repeatedly proven her ability to manage food production for large-scale events catering to up to 300 people.
Tina's expertise extends beyond cost optimization. Through the implementation of an efficient inventory control system and comprehensive staff training, she has consistently increased efficiency and reduced costs. Additionally, her creative flair shines through in her ability to develop innovative menu items that incorporate local ingredients and cater to diverse dietary needs, resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
As a judge for the Food Truck Challenge, Tina Bible's extensive experience, unwavering commitment to excellence, and passion for culinary innovation guarantee a fair and inspiring judging experience for this year's contestants.
